               2. Add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout option

               3. Either login with your Shakti Sudha account or you can proceed as a guest

               4. Provide your shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment

               5. Proceed the payment by confirming order to complete the transaction

               6. Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your Order ID

            Q.         Do you ship to my country?

            A.        Yes, we deliver to all the countries in the world excluding some disturbed countries and India.

Q.           Is it safe to place an order with you?

A.        Yes, ordering with us is completely safe and secure. We use one of the most secure online ordering systems in the market, and are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times. We utilize industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information.
We never save your card details and use very secured and trusted third party payment gateways like PayPal that processes transactions worth millions of dollars worldwide.

Q. Can I place an order on phone?

A.       Currently, we do not take orders over the phone. Kindly, place your order through our website. For any assistance while placing the order you may call us anytime.

            Q. How will my order be delivered to me?

A.        We have tied up with some of the best known logistics companies in the world like FedEx, DHL and INDIA POST to ensure supersonic delivery anywhere in the world.

            Q. How will I know if order is placed successfully?

A.        When your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that you have successfully placed your order with your order details.

             Q. How will I know when my order is shipped?

A.        You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped. We will also provide you a shipment tracking ID so that you can track the status of your shipment. 

            Q. My country does not have Pin code, what do I do?

A.        Don’t worry if your country doesn’t have a Pin Code, We can still ship the order to you with pleasure. Please put 0000 in the pin code section. 

            Q. Can you ship the product, faster than the dispatch date given online?

A.        The dispatch date provided online is actually the maximum days it might take to get your order dispatched. We are likely to dispatch your order before the dispatch date. If you need something urgently for an occasion, you can choose from our 'Ready to ship' products for faster delivery.

           Q. How do I check the current status of my orders?

A.        Checking the current status of your order is very easy. For that you can login into your Shakti Sudha account and check your order status from my account tab. Else you can click on Track your Order tab at the bottom of the website homepage and use your order ID to track the current status of your order. 

 

 

            Q. How does international duties and taxes work?

A.        Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this applies to both retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. 
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office or local carrier office for current charges before you order, so that you won’t get surprised by the charges you were not expecting.

Q   Do you provide bulk purchasing option ?

A - Yes, we do have bulk purchasing options. You can add as many items as you want in your cart. Q. What if i want to buy a particular item in bulk ?

A. Sure, in most cases, that would be possible. We can get it manufactured depending upon your requirements. You may write to  sales@gorgonnut.com or call 08084701705  with the link of the product, product quantity required and other details and we shall get back in touch within 48 working hours.

Q. What discount can i get if i want to purchase in bulk .?

A.The discount structure depends upon the order volume. For orders above 100 kg , you can use  to get 5%  discount on your complete order along with free shipping. In case of any queries, you may write to us at sales@gorgonnut.com

Q. How about National & international duty & other charges ?

A.The recipient of an national shipment within India is tax free  international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees ranges from 0% to 10% of goods cost . which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Q. I have my own shipping agents in india can you handover to goods to them ?

A. Yes, as long as you can provide us a written confirmation and your shipping agent can provide us with the AWB number, we can handover the goods. Your shipping agent can pick up from our warehouse in Patna (Bihar)
